Just Stay Apartments is a property management company and expat rental agency combined into one. We manage more then 40 properties in Rotterdam for regular home owners and large real estate investors. Our mission is to disrupt the traditional house letting and property management industry. Aiming to create maximum revenue for our investors and real estate clients, we have specialized in expat rentals, co-living apartments, short stay rentals and student housing.

At the same time, our aim is to create the ultimate living experience to service our happy tenants. Here, our tenants receive only new, furnished, hotel-style serviced apartments for a competitive rate. Our real estate portfolio is spread throughout the beautiful city of Rotterdam.

We assist real estate investors in acquiring the most suitable real estate investment. We do this by analyzing the market, state, characteristics, size and location of the object to make a yield prognosis.

Rental management

We take care of renting out the apartment; including preparing the apartment, the tenant selection, visual presentation, the advertisement and the check ins/outs.

Financial and administrative management

Let us set up the contracts and manage the financial flows. We will provide you with clear and readable revenue reports.

Management Packages

Commission percentage based fee

Our fee is based on a percentage of the rental income we acquire for your real estate object. The percentage of this commission, is decided on a per client basis. Please contact us to get a personalized quote.

 

Rent based fee

We also rent properties or entire property portfolios from our clients directly. This provides our clients with a secure rental income. Herein, our company is fully responsible for any risk of vacancy. Depending on the property portfolio and the market, we can make you a tailored offer.
